Role Description
Business Development
• Be responsible for initiating and leading sales and business development contributing to the development and execution of (mainly) Construction, Power, Infrastructure and Complex Property business strategy
• Be responsible for robustly growing and developing substantive sale pipeline in the assigned Industries/Line of Business (LOB) to hit sales targets
• Coordinate with relevant broking team to develop risk solution consulting for clients
• Ensure sales process in compliance with the Sales and Client Management plan
• Take a leading role to drive the team in dealing with complex clients, include but not limit to develop and prioritize opportunities, manage the sales funnel, prepare of bids and tenders including identifying and proposing appropriate resources and solutions to win the bid
Client Management
• Be responsible for overall client interaction to ensure a smooth client journey during and beyond the placement cycle
• Supervise delivery of the agreed upon services to the clients
• Develop, maintain relationship with stakeholders and support CEO/ Deputy CEO in relationship management with clients, business partners and insurers
• Collaboratively work with management team, Practice Leaders and client relationship stakeholders for business integration and leverage business synergies

Qualifications
• University degree
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• At least 10 years experience in insurance with broker or insurer at managerial role either in client management or business development
• In depth knowledge of concepts, principles, practices, applications, insurance standard
• Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills
• Client-oriented, innovative, proactive and critical sense
• Excellent consultative selling skills and business management
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders
• Be able to work under high pressure

• Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese
