The Site is owned and managed by Indochine Insurance Brokers Co. Ltd (“IIB”). By accessing this Site, you affirm that you have read and agree to the following Terms.

• You Accept Posted Terms.  Whenever you utilize this Site, you, representing both yourself and your organization, consent to adhere to and be governed by the Terms that are in effect on the date you access the Site. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms or lack the authority to commit your organization to them, you are advised not to access or view this Site.
• You Accept Amendments to Terms.  Your continued use of the Site signifies your agreement to the Terms and any modifications made thereto. Please note that IIB reserves the right to revise the Terms. Should any changes occur, we will reflect the updated “Effective Date” at the top of the page.
• You possess the legal capacity to accept the terms. You must be at least 18 years of age and/or have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in accordance with the relevant laws in order to utilize this Site.

Your Rights and Obligations as a User of this Site

• Permitted Use.  Access to and use of this Site is granted exclusively for the purpose for which it has been made available to you by IIB (the “Purpose”). You are prohibited from accessing or utilizing this Site for any reasons other than the Purpose, including, but not limited to, penetration testing or any of the restricted uses outlined below.
• Prohibited Uses.  You consent to refrain from utilizing this Site for the following actions that are prohibited:

• Intellectual Property.  You acknowledge and accept that the Site has been created by IIB and represents significant intellectual property and trade secrets belonging to IIB. • No Warranties.  You acknowledge and agree that this Site is provided by IIB on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties or guarantees.  To the extent permitted by law, IIB disclaims all conditions, representations and warranties, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy of informational content, system integration, non-infringement of third-party rights, quiet enjoyment, and uninterrupted or error free operation. 

Disclaimer of Liability.  IIB, along with its managers, employees, officers, agents, subcontractors, suppliers, and licensors, disclaims any liability to you resulting from your use of this Site. To the fullest extent allowed by law, IIB shall not be responsible for any damages of any nature, whether anticipated or unanticipated, even if IIB or any of its representatives have been informed of the potential for such damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Site. Monitoring; Termination.  IB reserves the exclusive right to (i) eliminate or decline to publish any user-generated content, (ii) reveal your identity or other pertinent information to any third party asserting that your posted material infringes upon their legal rights, (iii) pursue suitable legal measures, including notifying law enforcement, for any unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site, and (iv) suspend your access to this Site and deny you any further access to it or its content. You acknowledge that IIB shall not be held responsible for any damages you may incur as a result of the exercise of these rights.

Governing Law and Venue.  Any disagreement that arises from or relates to the Site or these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam, excluding any principles of conflict of laws that would necessitate the application of laws from any other jurisdiction.

Indemnification.  To the fullest extent allowed by law, you consent to indemnify IIB along with its employees, officers, directors, agents, successors, and assigns from any expenses, claims, losses, and damages (including legal fees) that may arise or be awarded against IIB due to your utilization of this Site or your violation of these Terms.

Invalidation of Terms.  If a competent authority determines that any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, you acknowledge that all other Terms shall continue to be in effect.

Entire Agreement.  These terms and conditions of use represent the complete agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter addressed herein.
