• Suicide while in a normal mental state or insanity within a period of 2 years from the inception date.
• Infected with HIV/AIDS and HIV/AIDS-related diseases;
• Intentional acts of causing damage
• Violations of laws and regulations
• Participation in professional sports activities or dangerous sports activities
• Affect by stimulants, addictive substances, detoxifying drugs, drugs not prescribed by a professional doctor, alcohol, beer or alcoholic substances and this influence is the cause of the accident
