Office Multi Risks (OMR)

This insurance provides package of coverage for your own or rent office with 4 main parts:

• Physical Damage: cover against accidental losses or damages to your physical damaged property such as fire & explosion, lightning, storm, flood…
• Money Insurance: indemnify company against Loss of Money (Cash bank and currency notes, cheques, Money Orders…) at the Premises in safe or strong room, or during Transit.
• Third Party Liability: cover for your legal liability to pay damages and claimants' costs and expenses in respect of accidental bodily injury to any person or accidental loss of or damage to property arising in connection with your Business
• Personal Accident: cover for your employees in case of Injury due toan accident.

Physcical Damage:

• Acts of fraud or dishonesty of employee
• Theft not accompanied by actual forcible and violent breaking into or out of the premises
• Loss or damage in respect of scratching of glass

Money Insurance:

• Shortages due to error or omission.
• Unexplained loss, mysterious disappearance
• Ordinary theft, shoplifting, theft by trickery and all other types of theft which do not involve direct threat of violence

Third Party Liability:

• Liability in respect of any breach of professional duty or service whether of omission or commission
• Fines, penalties or liquidated damages
• Liability assumed by the Insured by agreement

Personal Accident:

• Injury in connection with air travel except as a passenger in a fully licensed passenger carrying aircraft
• Injury in connection with  parachuting,any kind of race, mountaineering or rock climbing, underwater activities…
• Any kind of sport as professional
