D&O covers Losses arising from Claims against Directors and Managers of the Insured that have been caused by Wrongful Acts while they perform the functions of the Director and manager.
Wrongful Acts can be defined as "... any actual or alleged conduct whatsoever that is actual or alleged, or anticipated errors, omissions, false statements, claims misrepresentation, defamation, misrepresentation, libel, negligence, or breach of duty or any other matter brought against the Insured Person for the reason of the Insured Person's actions in their position ...”
