- Affect by stimulants, addictive substances, detoxifying drugs, drugs not prescribed by a professional doctor, alcohol, beer or alcoholic substances and this influence is the cause of the accident

- The insured person drives a vehicle with an alcohol level over the provisions of the Traffic Law

- Using drugs without doctor’s indication, vaccination, dietary supplements
