Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Account Executive at Health & Accident Department, Indochine Insurance Brokers. The Client Executive will be responsible for providing consultation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing claims at healthcare insurance. The role also involves operational services to clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their point of contact.
- Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions related to health and accident insurance products.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Problem Resolution: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Track client interactions and feedback, providing insights to improve services and products.
- Sales Support: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years Experience in health insurance, account management, or client relationship building
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Certifications in insurance or risk management are a plus
