Role Description
• Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, correspondence, and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
• Client Management: Assist in maintaining client policies, processing claims, and addressing client inquiries.
• Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a productive work environment.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational performance and client service metrics.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
• Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on outstanding fees and payments to ensure timely collection
Qualifications
• 3 years Experience or more in operation, admin or internal audit
• Hard working and attention to details
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree
