The accounting executive is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting timely financial reporting in accordance with Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS)

The Role

• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with the reconciliation of revenue, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounts.

• Monitor overdue receivables, send weekly outstanding receivables statements to insurance companies, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely collection.

• Perform monthly accounting closing procedures, including making provisions for doubtful debts and revaluing foreign currency exchange differences.

• Assist with tax compliance, including VAT, PIT, and FCT declarations, and support year-end tax finalization.

• Handle domestic and international payments in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

• Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial records.

• Support data collection and coordinate during independent audits, tax inspections, and statutory audits in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.

The Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel

• Minimum 01 year of professional accounting experience

• Good understanding of tax and corporate requirements in Vietnam

• Be able to work under high pressure

• Long-term commitment

• Good verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese
